is the southern wing of a larger property and has comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people arranged over three floors, with direct beach access and uninterrupted sea views.

3 The Rest is set well back from Crag Path, a few steps from the beach and an easy walk to town with glorious views across the beach and sea.

On the ground floor there are the sitting room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room and cloakroom.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second. One bedroom is ensuite and there are two further bathrooms, one on each floor.

There is parking space for two cars.

Aldeburgh is an unspoilt town possessing a fascinating shingle beach and a totally infectious charm. It has achieved international fame as a result of its association with the late Benjamin Britten and the annual Festival of Music. The area around Aldeburgh reflects the unspoilt nature of the Suffolk coast.

3 The Rest will be available from Saturday 1st August 2009 for £1200 per week.
